Value loss by the market capitalization of the listed equities during today’s trading activities was N19.064 billion same as 21Bpts below the opening value. Meanwhile, today’s trading activities produced 13 advancers and 23 lagers. NSEASI YtD loss is -2.03% while the Market Capitalization YtD loss stood at –N187.259 billion.

Livestock Feeds led the price percentage gainers with 4.94% while UBA followed closely with 4.89%. Market forces moved the price of Capital Hotel up by 4.83% after long days of bearishness. May&Baker cracked resistance with 4.26% price appreciation while Diamond Bank completed the top five gainers’ log with 3.03%.
Nascon dived further south for the third time within the week. Value loss on its share price is 9.70% of its previous close price. Forte Oil takes another heavy slide as it gave up 9.20% to close the day at N73.99. Fidson Healthcare suffered another price loss on market sentiments. UAC Property and Pz-Cussons completed the log with 5.00% and 4.90% loss respectively.
