According to the Managing Director of African Alliance Insurance Plc, it has fully paid the N46.1 million fine slammed on it by the Nigerian Stock Exchange for the late submission of its 2015 and 2016 financial reports.
She said “we were fined by the NSE but have paid. Maybe the reason why the fine remains in the exchange report is because we have not notified the exchange formally. Note that the fine was still in the exchange X-Compliance Report of the NSE as at 12th April, 2018.
