The management of Interlinked Technologies Pls have officially notified the exchange and the investing public that its name had changed from; Interlinked Technologies Plc (the Company) to Eunisell Interlinked Plc
Please note that the said change has been implemented by the Nigerian Exchange Limited during the week ended 25th June, 2021. This is in line with the approval obtained from the Company’s shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 10 December 2020 and the Company’s receipt of a new certificate of incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission. In line with this, the Company’s trading symbol has also changed from INTERLINK to EUNISELL. During the week, the Trading Code name of The Initiates Plc was also changed from INITSPLC TO ITP
Eunisell Interlinked Plc was incorporated in 1981 as Raychem Nigeria Limited. To achieve the business expansion goals, Eunisell listed on the Nigeria Stock Exchange in 1993.
